  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolate,Ā we do not offer refunds or exchangesĀ for products once they have been shipped, except with reasonable proof in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.Ā 
  • We take great care to package and ship our chocolates to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will not melt during shipping, especially in hot climates. We recommend selectingĀ refrigerated shippingĀ if you're concerned about heat exposure. This option is available only in Peninsular Malaysia.Ā Nonetheless, please be aware that melted chocolates remain edible after freezing.
  • Kindly ensure that cancellations are communicated via email before your order leaves our facility.
  • To initiate a return, please begin the processĀ within 14 daysĀ of receiving your order. However, please refrain from shipping your return until you have contacted customer support and received their approval.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery carriers. Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot control delivery times or external factors affecting delivery.
  • While we take care to package our products securely, we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details before placing an order.
  • Should your return be eligible, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. However, there are instances when return shipping fees may be applicable.
  • We may request that you provide a photo of your return. This assists us in refining our product offerings.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Kindly allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
  • All orders are shipped via a third-party carrier. Delivery times may vary based on high volume season, location and carrier performance. We are not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages that occur once the products are handed over to the carrier.
  • Upon receipt, we recommend storing the chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality and taste. We cannot be responsible for products that are stored improperly after delivery.
